Lucina joined the Trust as a Researcher in February 2019, providing support across the Policy and Research team. She is currently involved in projects relating to NHS workforce, as well as evaluating the use of digital applications to help improve experiences and outcomes for patients with long-term conditions. More recently, she has analysed data from the GP Patient Survey to understand factors contributing to unmet need in people with multiple long-term conditions.
Prior to joining the Trust, Lucina worked on the NHS RightCare programme at NHS England. She has previously worked as an Analyst at NHS Digital, where she led on the analyses for the Survey of Adult Carers in England (SACE) publication. She has also conducted analyses on a dataset linking NHS 111 and Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data, as a means to assess triage accuracy and patient compliance to 111 advice.
Lucina holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of York.
